Saturday,
May 11th (8:00 am to 1:30 pm) -COUL & Match...Annual Fishing Rodeo: Who
will catch the most fish this year? How about the first fish? Make sure to wear an old pair of sneakers and
pants...and bring a sweater or jacket with you.
Wednesday, May 15th (5:30 pm to 7:30 pm pm) - COUL...Oley
Dairy Farm & Petting Zoo: The Oley Dairy Farm offers one of the best petting
zoos around...goats, sheep, llamas, monkeys, and more! We will also get to enjoy some Oley Dairy homemade ice cream.
Saturday,
May 18th (10 am to 1:30 pm) - TEEN...Paintball: Head to the Golf Zone
in Honeybrook, PA, for some paintball fun! The course includes outdoor buildings and obstacles for you and your
teammates to conquer along with some open & wooded spaces. NOTE: A waiver MUST be signed ahead of time
by your parent/guardian for you to attend.
Tuesday,
May 21st (5:30 pm to 7:30 pm) - COUL...Sports Day at the Park: It's
finally time to be outside and enjoy the Spring weather. We'll take a tip to our nearby park to play basketball, baseball,
and more outdoor fun...followed by popsicles to cool off.
Please NOTE that the office will be closed on Monday, May 27th, for Memorial Day.
Tuesday, May 28th (5:30 pm to 7:30 pm) - COUL...Patriotic Crafts and Snacks: Continue
the Memorial Day celebration with some patriotic crafts and snacks. ADDED BONUS: a prize awarded to the best
Red-White-&-Blue outfit!

Library: Need some good books to read or something to do over the coming Summer?
We're taking a trip to the Reading Library to see what great activities they have to offer. The library holds various
activities throughout the year and caters to kids ages 6 to 12. It also has other sections that are devoted to
teens. Don't have a library card? Well, we can help you get started on the process. Thursday, June 6th

Phils Game: Baseball season is in full swing! Come out for a night at First Energy
Stadium, as we cheer on the Fightin' Phils! NOTE: COUL Kids can only sign up for one game...this one or the one
on June 20th. Tuesday,
June 18th - No COUL (see June 20th) Thursday, June 20th (6:00 pm to 9:30 pm) - COUL &
Match...Fightin' Phils Game II: Here's another opportunity to cheer on the Fightin'
Phils. Remember, COUL Kids...if you went to the game on June 13th, you can only sign up once -- so that everyone who
wants to go has an opportunity. Tuesday, June 25th - No COUL (see June 29th) Saturday,
June 29th (12 noon to 3 pm) - COUL, Match, and Families...Annual Summer Picnic: Household
members are invited to attend with the Littles and Bigs. Please register ahead of time, so we know you will be attending
and how many. Also, transportation can be provided form the agency to the Picnic site and back to the agency -- but
you must request transportation when you register. |
